Forum membership is not automatic. Members can only be members of the forum if they are registered users and have been approved by the Agilexe superuser.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending approval | User is signed in but cannot post yet. |
| Approved member | User can participate within community rules. |
Community rules
- Use professional language at all times.
- Show respect for other users, support staff and customer organisations.
- Keep behaviour constructive, courteous and focused on support or learning outcomes.
- No customer-sensitive material in open channels.
- No credentials, personal data or restricted documents.
- Use product tags for Shadow, Schema, Sphere, SIFT, Streamline and Scrutineer.
- Agilexe support may moderate, close or escalate posts.
